UQ College has been established by The University of Queensland as a separate Company.
The Board of UQ College, represents the University, College and community interests, and governs UQ College.
The Board has primary responsibility for setting the strategic direction for UQ College and driving innovative quality education services to support more adults to reach the tertiary education course of their choice.
We foster mutually beneficial partnerships with industry, government and the community delivering practical solutions, innovation and success.
UQ College is committed to linking with leading edge organisations to grow capacity and broaden opportunities for adult learners to engage in, and succeed in tertiary level education.
Our commitment strives for:
- establishing and nurturing enduring partnerships with business, government, community and other education, training and research providers
- finding and negotiating arrangements with a wide variety of external partners
- discussing how we can work with you to meet your objectives and leverage the teaching and management capabilities of UQ College
- developing and engaging new models of collaboration for the co-development of solutions based on diverse perspectives
- developing mutually beneficial partnerships that provide valuable support and input for our programs and future initiatives and reviews.

The University of Queensland
The University of Queensland (UQ) created UQ College to develop pathways for students wishing to undertake further study.
The establishment of strong links and collaborative arrangements have been made between both organisations for the development and design of academic programs for delivery by UQ College.
Future programs are being developed in close consultation with relevant UQ faculties to ensure they meet the needs of our clients and articulate into higher level awards.
International Education Services (IES)
IES has established a reputation as an outstanding provider of educational products and services specifically for the international education sector.
IES assisted UQ College facilitate our offering of the Tertiary Preparation Program to domestic students.
Mutual benefit will result from IES and UQ College cooperating and working collaboratively in providing quality preparatory/foundation programs for international and domestic students respectively.
