Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in the application and enrolment process within a Registered Training Organisation and related policies and procedures and the ability to work within these boundaries.
Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to use initiative and provide sound advice and recommendations to resolve issues.
Demonstrated experience in the use of Human Resource and Finance systems.
Proven ability to work autonomously or as part of a team while remaining professional, approachable, flexible and responsive.

Are you starting university in 2019? Not sure what to expect? The UQ College Best Foot Forward program is for you!
This is an exciting time as you take your first steps towards tertiary study. The Best Foot Forward program will help you understand the transition to the university environment and provide you with the awareness and skills to navigate the opportunities and pitfalls.
The three-day program focuses on:
• Strategies to succeed at university in your first year
• Understanding your learning strengths and the personal skills needed to be successful
• How university is different
• Support services available to you at UQ
• How to achieve an ideal balance between study, work and social commitments
Registrations Close: Friday 25 January 2019.
Dates: Mon 4 – Wed 6 February 2019 (three days)
Times: Attend one x 4-hour session per day: either 8.30am-12.30pm or 1.00-5.00pm

This qualification is delivered online giving you the opportunity to work and study in your own time to meet the requirements for university entry.
Whether you are looking to gain entry to university via an alternate pathway, increase your Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) ranking, or seeking a specific prerequisite for entry into university, this qualification will equip you with life-long learning skills specific to tertiary education.
This qualification is recognised by The University of Queensland as a high-quality academic pathway. The Certificate IV in Adult Tertiary Preparation is recognised as a Year 12 alternative, you will be able to apply to the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) for a ranking on completion or alternatively, you may just complete a specialised unit to meet prerequisite requirements for university.
